missingWrote a review on 13 Decdirty parkingpoor checkout service
The checkout experience was quite disappointing. Our car was parked under trees, resulting in it being covered in leaves and bird droppings. When I requested assistance to clean it, the staff initially said no one was available and that it would take time, even though I explained the urgency. It shouldn't be my responsibility to advocate for basic cleanliness of a vehicle after staying at a resort.

beautifully maintained hotel, well-kept butterfly garden, spacious rooms
The pool closes way too early at 6:30 PM!!! Would appreciate more vibrant beach activities and a wider variety of local snacks in the tea cart offerings!!!

The breakfast spread was a real treat, with fresh salads. The staff was super friendly, and they even surprised us with a lovely bouquet for our anniversary. Cheers for that 🌸
We tried the fish restaurant, but things were a bit off. Our table was set for three instead of four, drinks took ages, and the food was lukewarm. A bit of a letdown, but the manager handled it well the next day.
